What happens once I purchase my concierge session?
Once you book your concierge service, we’ll reach out via email within 24 hours to schedule your one-hour planning session. Prefer to keep everything over email instead of a call? No problem—we’re happy to accommodate your preference.
After your planning session, we’ll create a customized digital guide with personalized recommendations and suggestions tailored specifically to your tastes and travel plans, ensuring you’re fully prepared for an unforgettable trip. We’ll continue to stay in touch leading up to your trip to ensure smooth communication, making sure your travel plans are all set.
Is the concierge session refundable if I cancel my trip?
Because of the extensive research, planning, and coordination that goes into each trip, unfortunately, our travel planning services are non-refundable if the trip is canceled. If we booked your hotel accommodations, of course, these will be canceled and your refund(s) will depend on the hotel’s cancellation policy. However, we’re here to assist with rescheduling or modifying your plans should your travel dates change, and we’ll work with you to ensure your future travels are just as special.
Do you work with an agency for hotel bookings?
Yes, we work with Fora Travel, Inc. for booking your accommodations. Through this partnership, we can obtain exclusive offers and perks with an extensive network of hotels and resorts, villas and vacation homes. This service is complimentary as part of your purchase of our concierge and planning session.
What services are included vs. what is not included?
Great question! We do offer trip and destination research, hotel, resort and vacation home bookings, and itinerary ideas. We do not book any transportation, including flights, cars or train tickets, but we can provide advice around transportation, as well as recommendations for where to book, highly-rated operators, etc.
